STRICTLY: Recreation — NOT Subject Replacement

CRITICAL RULE (NON-NEGOTIABLE — READ FIRST)

DO NOT replace the original person in any reference video.
DO NOT rotoscope, mask, overlay, or insert my character into original footage.
DO NOT perform frame-exact or scene-exact duplication.

ALL output must be a brand-new, original video created by recreating structure, motion rhythm, and vibe only — never reusing or modifying original footage.

This system is about transformation and recreation, not impersonation, cloning, or reuse.

Any violation will result in automatic rejection.

OBJECTIVE

Build a Tier-2 monetized AI influencer system that allows me to:

Create one locked, consistent 3D influencer body with identical proportions from all angles

Upload reference videos (Instagram, TikTok, Threads)

Analyze references for:

motion rhythm

camera framing logic

pacing

environment category

Recreate a new original video using:

my 3D character

similar movement and camera logic

a similar but not identical environment

Enhance realism using AI without altering anatomy

Automatically publish via Blotato

Orchestrate the full pipeline via n8n

DEFINITION OF “RECREATION” (MANDATORY)

Recreation means:

Similar movement timing, not identical

Similar framing sequence (for example, waist-up to full body to turn)

Similar environment category (street, room, beach, studio)

Similar pacing and beat structure

Recreation does not mean:

Same background

Same camera path

Same subject positioning

Same choreography frame-by-frame

Same lighting layout

The final output must clearly be original content featuring my AI influencer only.

You must implement a workflow that:

Selects from prebuilt motion and camera presets

Generates a new original video with:

my character

a new environment

an original render

Enhances realism with AI without anatomy changes

Outputs a vertical, Reel-ready MP4

3. n8n Automation (End-to-End)

Required stages:

Ingest reference video

Analyze and generate a JSON plan describing motion rhythm, camera logic, and environment type

Recreate by selecting animation, camera preset, and environment preset

Render in Blender using the locked body

AI enhancement for realism only

Store final MP4 in cloud storage

Publish by sending the media URL to Blotato

Log job status and published URLs

One webhook must trigger the full pipeline.
