"I’m ready to turn a long wish-list of rehearsal tools into a single, polished mobile app that every member of my eight-person crew can depend on. The core deliverable is a native iOS and Android application that keeps six musicians and two technicians perfectly in sync, both sonically and visually, during practice and on stage.

Here’s the workflow I need the app to cover:

• Personal log-in codes for each user, leading to a clean, well-designed dashboard that lets them pick custom backgrounds, color themes, and other profile settings.
• A low-latency in-ear metronome featuring adjustable volume per user, fully synchronized click tracks, and clear visual cues so no one has to guess where the downbeat is.
• Push-to-talk, always-on talkback, and overall voice routing so the band can speak in real time without leaving the music screen.
• Simple setlist management: drop songs into order, store BPM, and have the click automatically shift to the next tempo as we move down the list.
• Optional rehearsal recording and a configurable break-timer that pops up when we schedule pauses.

Intuitive navigation is critical—I don’t want anyone hunting for buttons in the middle of a set—so the interface must strike the right balance between aesthetics and speed. Think smooth gestures, clear labels, and a thoughtfully chosen icon set rather than clutter.

Acceptance criteria
1. A single codebase deployed to TestFlight and Google Play Internal Test, installable on modern iOS and Android phones or tablets.
2. End-to-end latency for the click and talkback below a perceptible threshold in a typical Wi-Fi rehearsal space.
3. Settings and setlists persisting securely to a lightweight cloud back end so changes made by one technician update instantly for all users.
4. A brief user guide and annotated source or build notes so we can extend the app in the future.
