"I’m looking to put a proper business cash-flow tracking system in place. Right now I have to jump between online banking, invoices, and a few clunky spreadsheets, and it’s nearly impossible to see my real-time cash position. I want a single, easy-to-read dashboard that automatically pulls transactions from my bank accounts and shows daily inflow, outflow, and current balance without manual data entry.

My ideal workflow is simple: the system connects securely to my business accounts, imports each transaction as it clears, and updates a running cash-flow chart. Filters for date ranges, basic search, and a quick export to CSV or Excel would make analysis easier. If you have a preferred platform—whether a no-code tool such as Airtable, a polished Google Sheets template with Apps Script, or a lightweight custom web app in Python/Django or Node—let me know; I’m open to what you think will be most reliable and maintainable. Automated reports and expense categorization are not essential right now but the solution should leave room to add them later without a complete rebuild.
