"I need a cross-platform mobile app that lets my staff clock in and out exclusively when they are physically inside our office. The flow is simple: the user opens the app, the GPS confirms they are within the geofence, their fingerprint is scanned, and only then is the punch recorded.

Key additions I want built in: overtime tracking and break time tracking so I can see total regular hours, breaks, and any time that spills over into overtime in one view. The app should also watch for missed punches and push a discreet reminder only when someone forgets to clock in or out—no other notifications are necessary.

The solution must run smoothly on both iOS and Android, using the native biometric APIs (Face ID can remain disabled; fingerprint is enough) and the respective location services. I will need the compiled apps plus source code, a quick setup guide for the back-end you choose, and a short demo database so I can test scenarios before rollout." (client-provided description)
