"Goal:
Create a mobile-first PWA SaaS app for SMEs to manage e-Invois, automatically send submitted invoices to LHDN, and notify customers via WhatsApp and email.

Features:

1. Authentication & Multi-Tenant
- SME login with email/password
- Each SME has its own account & MyInvois credentials
- Store MyInvois Client ID & Client Secret securely (encrypted)
- Role: Admin SME, Staff SME

2. Invoice Upload
- Upload PDF, Excel, or image of invoice
- Trigger AI extraction of invoice data
- Supplier Name & TIN
- Buyer Name & TIN
- Invoice Number
- Date
- Item description, quantity, unit price, tax rate, total
- Validate fields according to MyInvois requirements

3. Invoice Review & Edit
- Display extracted invoice data
- Allow SME to edit/confirm before submission

4. Submit to LHDN
- On “Submit” button click:
- SaaS generates JSON e-Invois
- Send JSON to MyInvois API using stored SME credentials
- Receive UUID & submission status
- Update invoice record in Bubble database with UUID, status, timestamps

5. Notification to Customer
- Auto-generate PDF copy of invoice + LHDN UUID receipt
- Send to buyer via:
- Email (Bubble email plugin)
- WhatsApp (use Twilio or 360dialog integration)
- Email/WhatsApp includes:
- Invoice PDF
- UUID
- Total amount
- Due date

6. Dashboard
- SME sees list of invoices with:
- Status (Pending, Submitted, Error)
- UUID
- Buyer info
- Date submitted
- Search/filter by status, date, buyer

7. Automation & Backend Workflows
- Workflow triggers:
- Invoice upload → AI extract → Review
- Submit → Send to LHDN → Update UUID → Notify customer
- Error handling:
- If LHDN submission fails → Notify SME & retry option
