"Project Overview:
I want to build a basic Fantasy Cricket platform consisting of:
1) An Android mobile application
2) A web-based admin panel

This is an MVP (starter version) and NOT a Dream11-level product.

- User installs Android app
- Signup / Login (mobile number / basic auth)
- View upcoming cricket matches
- Create fantasy team
- Join contests
- View points and leaderboard
- Wallet: add money & request withdrawal
- View profile and transaction history

ADMIN PANEL (FULL OWNER CONTROL):

Admin panel must be fully under my control.
I should be able to do all the following WITHOUT developer help:

- Add and manage matches/fixtures
- Create, edit, enable, disable contests
- Change contest entry fee anytime
- Set and update platform commission percentage
- Edit prize pool structure (rank-wise distribution)
- Pause / resume contests
- View all user teams and contest participation
- Approve or reject withdrawal requests
- Control match status (upcoming / live / completed)

Admin panel should NOT be hardcoded.
All values must be changeable from admin UI.

API & SCORING (FINAL DECISION):

For the current phase, NO third-party live score API is required.

The application must work using a MANUAL or SEMI-MANUAL
points update system from the admin panel.

Admin must be able to:
- Manually update player points
- Recalculate leaderboard after points update

The API section should remain EMPTY / OPTIONAL for now.

In the future, when I decide to use a live score API:
- The API will be purchased and registered under MY company / brand name
- API account and billing will be under my email
- I will have full access to the API dashboard
- Developer’s role will be limited to API integration only
- API key must NOT belong to the developer
- API cost/subscription will be paid directly by me

The app architecture must allow future API integration
without rewriting the core system.

The app must NOT depend on any developer-owned API,
service, license, or external system.

SOURCE CODE & OWNERSHIP:

Deliverables must include:
- Full Android source code
- APK/AAB build ready for Play Store
- Full backend source code
- Database schema and access
- Web-based admin panel source code
- Basic documentation (setup + admin usage)

I must receive:
- Complete source code ownership
- Full database access
- All credentials at project handover

No part of the system should remain under developer ownership
after project completion.
