"Need an experienced developer with solid knowledge to Setup SMS Campaign on Twilio and on AWS quickly.

I have developed a platform which includes an Ai based voice Intake Agent to manage calling customers.

I am having difficulty setting up SMS campaign on Twilio and on AWS to send information and URLs to callers via Text Messages. I have tried multiple times, and both Twilio and AWS have rejected my requests, with NO explanation of Why!
