"Full Mobile App Build – Cleaning Service App (Client + Cleaner + Admin)

US-Based Business | Budget: $2,000 USD Max (All-Inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Mobile App Developer to build a complete cleaning service platform from scratch. This includes a Client App, Cleaner App, and Admin Dashboard — all fully functional, secure, and scalable.

This is a full build – not a no-code or template-based project. We expect high-quality work and clean code ownership.


What You’ll Build:

Client App:

Register / login (email, phone, or Google/Apple)

Book services with schedule and address

Real-time notifications and job status

Payment integration (Stripe required)

View past and current bookings

In-app messaging

Leave reviews and ratings

AI-powered help chat with disclaimer (responses may not be 100% accurate)


Cleaner App:

Register / login

Set availability and accept jobs

View job details

Update job status

Track earnings

In-app messaging

Admin Panel:

View and manage customers and cleaners

Assign or reassign jobs

View payouts and earnings

Manage reviews and complaints

Monitor logs and activity


Tech Requirements:

Cross-platform development (React Native or Flutter preferred)

Backend: Firebase, Node.js, or similar

Stripe for payment processing

Hybrid customer support: AI chatbot with live human support from 8 AM–5 PM

Must follow secure coding and privacy best practices

Use of any open-source or third-party tools must be disclosed


Security and Legal Terms:

Full code ownership and rights will be signed over to us

No resale or reuse of code

90-day warranty after full turnover to fix bugs or platform issues

AI chat must clearly state that its responses may be inaccurate

Developer is responsible for implementing secure and privacy-compliant features
