"We are looking for a freelance Flutter developer to build a custom
food delivery mobile application for our brand RedVeg
(fresh fish & meat delivery).

This is a one-time app development project (NOT SaaS, NOT rental).

Scope:
• Customer Mobile App (Android & iOS using Flutter – single codebase)
• Web-based Admin Panel

Customer App Features:
• Product listing (fish, chicken, mutton, seafood)
• Weight & cut variants
• Add to cart & checkout
• Order notes (cutting / cleaning instructions)
• Multi-stage order tracking (Order Received, Processing, Cutting & Cleaning,
Packed, Out for Delivery, Delivered / Cancelled)
• Online payment + Cash on Delivery
• Order history & reorder option

Admin Panel Features:
• Product & daily price management
• Category & variant management
• Order management & status updates
• Basic sales & order reports

Mandatory Conditions:
• Complete source code handover is required
• One-time development only (no SaaS / no proprietary model)
• No mandatory AMC
• No WebView or template-based app
