Introduction
We’re urgently hiring 4 expert Web Developers to build premium $10K+ websites for global clients. Work directly with the Founder in a fast-paced, high-earning team.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Build modern, responsive websites (HTML, CSS, JS, frameworks, CMS)
• Implement secure coding and performance optimization
• Integrate APIs, including AI-driven tools
• Deliver high-quality code weekly
Position Type & Work Terms
• Freelance (remote, flexible hours)
• No work, no pay: payment contingent on approved weekly deliverables
• 1-Month Probation: Confirming skill, reliability, and velocity. You must contribute to 400 websites sold and delivered every 5 working days. Failure = termination. Applying confirms agreement.
Confidentiality & IP (NDA)
• NDA required; all code, tools, and documentation remain internal
• All work produced is Company IP
• Breach = termination + legal action
Compensation & Bonus
• Base: $18,000/week
• Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000/week for exceeding deliverables or accelerating workflow
