"I need an MVP for a cloud-based platform that lets online sellers enter their catalogue once and have it flow seamlessly to multiple marketplaces. In this first release the focus is tightly scoped to two integrations—Amazon Seller API and Salla API—yet the architecture should keep Noon, Zid, Shopify and similar channels in mind.

Core workflow
The heart of the build is a clean product-addition module: a seller logs in, adds or edits an item just once, assigns either a standard category (electronics, clothing, etc.) or a user-defined one, and the system pushes the data out. Inventory levels must stay in sync across connected stores in near real time.

Analytics
Basic Insights (MVP-level)
Within the dashboard, basic operational visibility is required:
• Inventory sync status per channel
• Low-stock alerts
• Error and sync logs per product and platform

Advanced sales analytics and platform-specific performance metrics are considered Phase 2 and are not required for this MVP.

MVP deliverables
• Responsive web dashboard (multi-tenant) with secure auth
• Two live connectors: Amazon Seller API and Salla API (full product & inventory endpoints)
• Category engine supporting both predefined and custom trees
• Background sync service with error handling and retry logic
• Basic reporting widgets covering the analytics listed above
• API & database schema documentation plus a short deployment guide
• Architecture designed to allow future addition of order sync and advanced analytics

Acceptance
I’ll consider the MVP complete when a test seller can add ten SKUs, map them to custom categories, watch stock counts update after simulated sales on either channel, and view the corresponding sales and inventory reports without manual refreshes.
