I’m working on a Laravel Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system and about 90% of the work is already completed.

Roles, permissions, guards, and basic checks are implemented, but I’m facing issues with fine-grained permission control (for example: allowing HR to create records but restricting update/delete, while Super Admin has full access).

I need an experienced Laravel developer to review my existing code, fix permission logic, and finalize the RBAC flow without rewriting everything from scratch.
