"Just to be clear before the budget for this will be low and would like to add the person with me as a coder and payout monthly in the journeys once the app created
I want to bring an affordable, eco-friendly twist to the classic Uber concept by focusing on true carpooling. The app must run natively on both iOS and Android (a shared code-base such as Flutter or React Native is welcome if it streamlines delivery). Riders heading the same direction should be able to share a vehicle at a lower fare, while drivers offset their costs by filling empty seats.

Core build requirements
• Intelligent carpool-matching algorithm that pairs riders with drivers already travelling the requested route
• Economical pricing engine (distance + seat availability + demand) with real-time fare display
• Live GPS tracking so both parties can follow the trip from pickup to drop-off
• Secure in-app messaging between rider and driver before and during the trip
• Two-way rating system to keep quality and safety high
• Admin dashboard for trip monitoring, dispute handling and analytics
• Stripe, Razorpay or similar SDK for seamless split-fare payments

High-level workflow
1. User registration/verification for both drivers and riders
2. Driver posts route and available seats; system suggests optimal pick-ups along the way
3. Rider enters destination; app lists compatible drivers with price and ETA
4. On match acceptance, users chat in-app, track in real time, and complete payment automatically
5. Post-trip ratings feed back into driver/rider reputations

Acceptance criteria
• Smooth UX on current iOS and Android versions (minimum iOS 14 / Android 11)
• Latency for live tracking under 1 second in major metro areas
• End-to-end encryption for chat and payment tokenisation
• 90%+ unit-test coverage on critical matching, pricing and payment modules
• App Store & Google Play submission ready, including all compliance metadata
