"I need a web marketplace, entirely in Spanish, that connects contractors and potential clients for construction, renovation and home-improvement projects. The model is similar to Checkatrade, MyBuilder and PlanReforma, but focused on the Spanish-speaking market and its regulatory context.

Core functionality
• Contractors and clients will each have their own profile pages with ratings and written reviews so trust can build up over time.
• Clients must be able to post a project, attach photos or PDFs, set basic parameters (category, location, desired start date) and receive bids.
• Registered contractors can browse open jobs or receive notifications that match their trade, then submit detailed quotes.
• A built-in, real-time messaging thread keeps all discussion in one place; messages should link back to the specific project for clarity.

Essential scope
– The whole interface, including emails and system messages, stays in Spanish only.
– Responsive design so users can handle everything from a phone on-site.
– An admin dashboard where I approve new contractor accounts, moderate reviews and manually feature projects if needed.
– Clean database architecture that can later accommodate extras such as payment escrow or an English toggle, though they are out of scope for this first release.

Deliverable
A ready-to-deploy web application (source code + database schema + minimal installation guide) that meets the feature list above and mirrors the user flow found on the reference sites, but with my branding. I will provide logo, color palette and legal text; everything else—including UX, front-end, back-end and testing—comes with the build." (client-provided description)
