Project description:
"I run a small insurance agency and need a dependable funnel that starts with a simple landing page and ends with a neatly-structured record in Airtable. The page will collect only a prospect’s name and contact details; from there a webhook should trigger an n8n workflow that writes the data into my Airtable base and fires off internal notifications (e-mail or Slack—whatever’s quickest to wire in).
You’ll get copy, field names, and a rough layout from me. Your job is the plumbing: form creation, webhook endpoint, n8n scenario, Airtable mapping, and basic success/error handling. I’m flexible on the page tech—WordPress, Custom HTML/CSS, even Wix if it’s faster—so choose whatever lets you integrate cleanly without bloat.
Deliverables
• Live landing page with working form
• n8n workflow file (export) connected to the webhook and Airtable API
• Airtable base or table setup with the mapped fields
• Brief hand-off doc or Loom video showing how to tweak the flow
If you know your way around n8n, Airtable, and lightweight landing pages, this should be a quick win for both of us.
1. Landing Page (Lead Capture)
- Build a single, simple lead capture page (can be on Webflow, Carrd, or basic HTML – we can decide together).
- Include:
- Headline + short benefit text (I provide copy)
- Lead form with approximately 8–10 fields (name, phone, email, ZIP, etc. – I provide exact fields)
- Consent text below the form (I provide the text)
- On submit:
- Call a webhook URL (n8n) with the form data (JSON or standard form POST).
- Show a basic “Thank you” / confirmation message.
2. n8n Workflow – “New Lead Intake”
- Create an n8n workflow with:
- Trigger: HTTP Webhook node
- Logic:
- Receive form data
- Basic validation/normalization (e.g., strip spaces from phone, ensure required fields exist)
- Simple “score” field based on a few conditions (I’ll provide the rules – they will be basic if/else logic)
- Airtable Integration:
- Create a new record in an Airtable base/table I’ll provide
- Map fields: name, phone, email, source, score, created date, etc.
- Notification:
- Send me an email (or Slack message) when a new lead comes in, with key fields in the message
3. Airtable Setup
- Help structure a simple Airtable base if needed:
- “Leads” table with fields: name, contact info, status, source, score, etc.
- Make sure Airtable API keys and table IDs are correctly configured in n8n.
4. Basic Documentation & Handoff
- Provide a short Loom video or text document explaining:
- How the landing page connects to n8n
- How the n8n workflow is structured
- How data ends up in Airtable
- Include notes on where to edit:
- Form fields
- Airtable mappings
- Notification messages
Nice-to-Have (Optional, Phase 2)
Please mention if you also have experience with any of the following (not required for this first project):
- Connecting external APIs or feeds into n8n and Airtable (for example, social or search monitoring tools)
- Setting up additional workflows for importing and tagging “external events” into Airtable
- Building simple dashboards or reports on top of Airtable data

You should be comfortable with:
- n8n (webhooks, basic logic nodes, Airtable integration)
- REST/webhook integrations in general
- Airtable (API and schema design)
- Basic HTML/CSS or a simple landing page builder (Webflow, Carrd, etc.)

- All copy for the page and form labels
- Exact data fields to capture
- Consent language for the form
- Any scoring rules for the lead
Deliverables
- One working landing page connected to n8n
- One working n8n workflow that:
- Receives form data via webhook
- Validates and scores the lead
- Inserts the lead into Airtable
- Sends a notification
- Short documentation or recording explaining the setup
