"I want to deploy an AI-driven voice and chat agent that can talk to our patients naturally, day or night, and take appointment management completely off the front desk. Patients should be able to phone in, open a web widget, or use our iOS/Android app and immediately:

• schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment—this is the top priority
• ask about available time slots, treatment options, or our clinic hours
• receive automatic SMS / email reminders generated by the same system

The agent must integrate cleanly with our clinic management software through its REST API so every action lands instantly in our calendar. A cloud-based solution built with Dialogflow CX, Rasa, Amazon Lex, or a comparable HIPAA-compliant stack is fine as long as it supports SIP/Twilio for phone calls and can embed in mobile and web channels. Round-the-clock uptime and smooth error handling are essential.
