"I need an AI developer who can take full ownership of a customer-service chatbot that lives directly on my website. The goal is simple: when visitors land on any page, the bot should greet them, understand their questions in natural language, deliver accurate answers pulled from our existing knowledge base, and smoothly hand the conversation to a live agent whenever it detects a request it cannot solve on its own.

Key points you’ll handle for me:
• Design the conversational flow and train the underlying NLP model (Dialogflow, Rasa, or a comparable Python stack—your call as long as it performs reliably).
• Build or adapt a lightweight web widget that embeds cleanly in standard HTML/JavaScript and works responsively across desktop and mobile.
• Connect the bot to our internal FAQ database via REST; responses need to update automatically when we add new entries.
• Implement escalation logic so unresolved queries trigger a live-chat takeover flag.
• Provide an admin panel or config file that lets a non-technical team member tweak intents, add sample utterances, and view basic analytics.

Acceptance criteria

2. Average response time below one second under typical load.
3. Seamless hand-off to our human chat tool verified in a staged environment.
4. Complete source code, environment files, and a concise deployment guide I can follow to move the bot from staging to production.
