"Analysis of the Internal Algorithmic System of a National Lottery
I need an experienced expert to analyze the lottery system of the country we will be working on.
I am looking for a skilled freelancer to solve the internal algorithm and win every draw with the developed prediction program or algorithm.
The goal is to analyze past numbers and number patterns (similar to lottery or panel-based systems) and, using whatever is necessary, including deep learning and machine learning, create a clean, logic- and rule-oriented model that works based on formulas or algorithms.
It needs to be able to predict winning numbers with a minimum of 90% to 95% accuracy using mathematics and software. Probability theory

Whether it's machine learning techniques, mathematics, software, or a combination of other methods, build the engine and let's win.
Past draw data will be used as the basis.
You will analyze the provided historical data. Basic and advanced mathematics and arithmetic, using number grouping or probability logic,
a model that predicts numbers 100% can be built if necessary (if necessary, we can also use the method of eliminating numbers and combinations according to the order of the lottery machine (RTP and RNG distribution) and finally playing the most likely tickets, including what tickets people and machines might play).
I want to extract frequency distributions, transition matrices,
and other statistical features and feed them into supervised models so that the operation of the systems, each perspective, and each prediction round is informed.
We can use the model as an application, or you can implement it on a tool.
You will ensure that the model can be easily updated and rerun with new data.
As I said, it will involve algorithmic analysis or software focused on winning models and the use of past lottery data.

The workflow is what I need, I have the data in file form, feature engineering,
model training and backtesting, and also the ability to refresh the data and optionally create new number sets. It should include a simple interface or dashboard that is easily recognizable. Ideal skills:
Expertise in data analysis and algorithms, strong background in probability and statistics -

Experience with lottery or gambling data is a plus. Please specify a detailed approach and relevant experience in your proposals.
If possible, have someone who has successfully completed this job before, as I have described, and mention your experience. This is an extra plus for me.
Strong mathematical reasoning and pattern recognition, experience in prediction logic (both AI-based and non-AI-based)
Proficiency in all necessary applications (including Excel, Google Sheets, and the tool itself). Clear communication and documentation will also be needed. I am open to all kinds of technologies (RNG algorithm, seed reverse, and all kinds of number prediction)
What will be delivered (including all source code):
• Annotated and working prediction model

• Example predictions based on previous data

• Clean, well-documented codebase and reusable pipeline

• README or notebook explaining the methods, assumptions, and how to rerun the software
A short performance report (hit rate, upgrade against randomness) including the final model (if possible with the model)
Instructions for future recompilation/training when new draws are released
Target completion: within one month, preferably 1-2 weeks
I will be available for quick feedback throughout the process to ensure rapid progress of iterations and the hybrid approach achieves the best possible accuracy rate (minimum 90%)
