"I’m building a lightweight messenger focused purely on text and I’d like your help finishing the Android side of it. The core requirements are straightforward:

• Real-time text messaging with reliable delivery status
• Full support for one-to-one and group conversations
• Clean, modern UI that follows current Android design guidelines
• Secure user authentication and encrypted message storage

I already have the basic project skeleton in place; you’ll extend it by wiring up the chat engine (Firebase, WebSocket, or another proven solution), polishing the interface, and making sure the app performs smoothly on a wide range of devices.

Final deliverable is an installable APK plus the complete, well-commented source code so I can continue enhancing the project after hand-off.
