"I need an experienced expert to analyze the lottery system of the country I'm visiting.
We want to increase our chances of winning using mathematics and software.
You will analyze the provided historical data. Basic and advanced math + arithmetic knowledge is an advantage. The model will increase our chances using probability logic.
You will ensure that the model can be easily updated and rerun with new data.
As I said, this will involve algorithmic analysis or software focusing solely on chance-enhancing models and the use of historical lottery data.
The workflow I need includes: mathematics and programming.

Data is available in file format.
You can add a simple interface or dashboard that allows for model training and backtesting, and provides the ability to refresh data and optionally create new sets of numbers.
Ideal skills:
A strong background in software development, data analysis expertise, AI engineering, probability, and statistics.
Strong mathematical reasoning and experience with model recognition and prediction logic (both AI-based and non-AI-based). Proficiency in all necessary applications (including Excel, Google Sheets, and tools). Clear communication and documentation are also required. I am open to all types of technology.

Delivery details (including all source code):
• Annotated and working prediction model or algorithm
• Sample predictions based on previous data
• Clean, well-documented codebase and reusable pipeline
• Notes explaining methods, assumptions, and how to rerun the software
• Final model (with model if possible) including a brief performance report (hit rate, upgrade against randomness)
• Instructions for future recompilation or training if the model is available when new draws are released
