"I need a ready-to-use web platform that brings marketing and sales freelancers together with the clients who need them. The core of the site must let users sign up, build rich freelancer profiles and portfolios, post projects, bid on work, and leave mutual reviews once a job is done.

To keep this project focused, everything should revolve around marketing and sales services—from copywriting campaigns and social media strategy to lead-generation consulting. A clean, responsive interface is essential so talent and clients can connect quickly on any device.

Deliverables
• Fully functional web app, deployed to my hosting, using a mainstream framework (Laravel, Django, or similar)
• Freelancer profile & portfolio pages with images, case studies, and service tags
• Job posting and bidding workflow, including project status updates for both sides
• Two-way client/freelancer review and rating module tied to completed jobs
• Basic admin dashboard for user, project, and report management

Acceptance criteria
1. A new user can register as either “Client” or “Freelancer,” complete a profile, and log in.
2. A client can post a project that instantly appears in the public job feed.
3. Freelancers can search, filter, and submit bids with attached files or links.
4. When a project is marked completed, both parties can rate each other; ratings display on subsequent profile views.
5. All key pages perform smoothly on desktop and mobile.
