"I’m ready to launch the MVP of Eparchi, a mobile platform that lets patients discover nearby clinics, pay a small fee, and instantly reserve a place in the doctor’s queue. The build has to run smoothly on both iOS and Android, so Flutter or React Native paired with a Firebase or Node back end is the stack I’d like you to stick to.

Core flow
• OTP-based mobile number sign-up/login for patients and for clinic agents
• Geo-location map that lists doctors and clinics, plus a quick search by clinic name
• Real-time queue system that shows each patient their live token number after payment
• booking payment (any standard payment gateway will do for now)
• Agent dashboard where clinic staff can toggle between online and walk-in slots, confirm arrivals, and update queue positions instantly

I work milestone-by-milestone and need the full MVP in 4–6 weeks. A clean, well-structured codebase, short feedback loops, and a startup-friendly attitude matter more to me than the exact fixed price—we’ll finalise that together before kicking off.
