"I’m ready to move a simple, family-friendly Ludo-inspired board game from concept to stores and I’m looking for a developer who can take full ownership of production. The game will ship on both Android and iOS, so cross-platform know-how is essential.

Core scope
The play experience is classic Ludo: each player rolls, moves tokens around the board, and races to the home area. I need a single-player mode against competent AI as well as local multiplayer where two to four people share the same device. A clean, colourful UI and smooth 2D animations are key; the overall feel should be lightweight and quick to pick up.

Technical notes
Unity or Construct 3 are the engines I’m leaning toward because of their proven mobile pipelines and straightforward AdMob integration, but I’ll consider another toolset if you can justify it. Whichever path we choose, please build with future updates in mind and supply the full, well-commented source code at hand-off.

Monetisation
AdMob banners and interstitials will be the primary revenue stream. Placements should be unobtrusive and respect gameplay flow.
