"I already have WooCommerce and Dokan handling the marketplace logic; what I still need is a clean, modern-looking front-end that stitches everything together. Your job is to create a purpose-built WordPress theme (or full-site child theme) that presents each vendor with a self-contained shop while giving me, as the site admin, a powerful dashboard to screen, activate, deactivate, or remove vendors and their products.

UI goals
• Modern aesthetic that fits digital downloads
• Vendor shop pages must surface Product Listings, Vendor Information, and Customer Reviews in an intuitive layout
• Responsive, lightweight code that respects WooCommerce and Dokan hooks so updates remain safe

Back-office requirements
Only the Site Admin role should reach the master dashboard. From there I need quick toggles to approve or reject new vendors, switch individual vendors on or off, and delete them entirely if needed, with matching status views for their products.

When we finish I expect:
1. Theme or custom files (PHP, CSS/SCSS, JS) fully commented
2. Any helper plugins you create or modify
3. Export or credentials for phpMyAdmin plus wp-admin admin login
4. A brief setup doc so I can reinstall the build on another server if required
