The Workflow: Identify the best audio spikes, humor, and pro-tips. You will deliver a "Creative Blueprint" for the editor (including The Hook, The Story, and Precise Timestamps).

Requirement: Advanced English. You must understand the nuance of my commentary and translate it into a winning strategy that keeps viewers watching.

ROLE #2: THE VIDEO EDITOR (THE HANDS)
The Mission: Execute the Strategist’s blueprint with surgical precision to create high-retention content.
The Style: Fast-paced cuts, zoom-ins, dynamic subtitles, and high-quality sound design.

Requirement: Professional English. You must follow complex creative briefs and ensure the "vibe" and humor are perfectly captured in every edit.
