"I need a secure, web-based system that lets me record every sale, track consignment items, and see at a glance how much cash is still outstanding. The application will live online, but access must be restricted to a single admin login—no public or multi-user tiers are required.

Core workflow
• I enter a new sale with invoice number, customer details, item list, total bill value, and payment terms.
• For items supplied on consignment, I must log the quantity delivered, the quantity already sold, and the amount collected so far.
• The dashboard should immediately show total bill value alongside any pending balance, with a clear status flag (paid / partially paid / unpaid).

Key features to build
1. Sales record management: create, edit, delete, and search invoices.
2. Consignment tracking: per-item quantity and money received, with automatic calculations.
3. Pending bill tracking: real-time summary of outstanding amounts, filterable by date range or customer.

I am comfortable if you build this with common stacks such as PHP-Laravel + MySQL or Node.js + React + PostgreSQL—use whatever you work fastest in, as long as the code is clean and documented. Mobile responsiveness is a plus, but native mobile apps are not required.

• Admin login page with password encryption.
• Intuitive forms for sales and consignment entries.
