"My company runs a research website, [login to view URL], built on WordPress by a previous contractor. I have a new landing page design (created in Adobe Illustrator) and attached in PDF format that I need to be implemented on the site. The goal is to replace the current homepage with this new design while keeping the website intact and fully functional.
Project Scope & Requirements:
1. Current Site Assessment:
o The site is live on WordPress.
o Please review the current structure and note any plugins or custom code that might affect the homepage.
2. Design Implementation:
o I will provide the design file (Adobe Illustrator) with all assets (images, icons, fonts, etc.).
o The new landing page must be pixel-perfect, responsive (mobile & tablet), and cross-browser compatible.
3. Content & Functionality:
o All existing forms, buttons, and interactive elements must remain functional.
o Page speed should not be negatively impacted.
4. Delivery:
o Staging site for review before going live.
