"I’m setting up a hyper-local service, Apna City Delivery, that will operate only in Madhepura, and I need a straightforward Android app built with Flutter. The entire interface, including any system messages, must appear in Hindi—no bilingual toggle required.

Core user flow
• OTP-based mobile login
• Category browsing (Kirana, Sabzi, Milk/Bread, Medicine) with product names and prices
• Address management and cash-on-delivery checkout
• Real-time order status updates: Pending → Accepted → Delivered

Admin console (web or in-app)
• View all incoming orders at a glance
• Add / edit products and set delivery charges
• Assign a delivery partner’s name to each order

Expected deliverables
• Flutter source code, clearly structured and documented
• Release-ready APK for Android 12+
• Simple, responsive admin panel linked to the same Firebase or MySQL back-end you prefer
• Basic deployment guide so I can update products, charges, or partners myself
