"We have multiple Visa and Mastercard cards (USD and EUR) issued by banks in Indonesia and Cambodia, and the funds linked to these card reside on the Visa/Mastercard network rather than directly with the issuing banks. Our objective is to access these funds through a protocol-based POS machine by inserting the cards and processing the transactions.

You would like a custom application to be developed and installed on the POS machine, with the application integrated into a Stripe account that will act as the receiving wallet. The intended flow is for funds to move from the card, through the POS device, and into your Stripe account, with all required compliance and KYC handled appropriately.

Once the funds reach Stripe, our main concern is identifying the most reliable and compliant way to move or utilize the funds without restrictions. This includes exploring whether Stripe can send USD directly to a Nigerian domiciliary (USD) bank account, or alternatively, to a foreign USD account or financial application. From there, you are also open to converting the funds into USDT if that provides a more flexible and accessible end result." (client-provided description)
