"The project revolves around building a complete Android-only mobile application from the ground up. I already have the product idea, user flow drafts, and a clear backlog of features; what I need now is a developer who can translate those assets into a stable, well-architected APK and Play Store release.

Scope
• Architect and code the application in Kotlin (Java is acceptable if you can justify it).
• Implement the core screens, navigation, and data layer exactly as outlined in the wireframes I will supply on kickoff.
• Integrate the required APIs for authentication, cloud-based storage, and real-time updates.
• Ensure full compatibility with the latest Android SDK levels and Google Play policies.
• Package a clean, commented codebase plus concise build instructions.

Acceptance criteria
– The app compiles without errors in Android Studio on API 34.
– All features in the shared backlog work on at least two physical Android devices and one emulator.
– Play Store bundle passes automated checks and is ready for publication.
– A short README documents environment setup, libraries used, and any future build steps.

I prefer iterative delivery: milestone one for the MVP core, milestone two for remaining features and polish, and a final hand-over that includes signing keys and store listing materials.
