"I have an existing Flutter codebase that I want running on my Windows PC. What I need from you is hands-on help—over a live screen-share session—to configure everything in Android Studio and make sure the project builds, runs, and hot-reloads without errors.

Here’s what the session will likely cover:
• Verifying or installing the Flutter SDK and adding it to PATH
• Confirming the correct Android Studio version, plugins, and device/emulator setup
• Fetching all project dependencies, resolving any package or Gradle issues
• Running the app from both the command line (flutter run) and the IDE to prove it works

Acceptance criteria:
• “flutter doctor” shows no unresolved issues
• The project compiles and launches on at least one local emulator or connected device
• I receive a concise summary of any changes you made so I can reproduce the setup later
