"I need a complete social-media style messaging app built from scratch and carried all the way to a live release on both iOS and Android. The core of the project is real-time chat, so smooth text exchange, push notifications, secure log-in/registration (email, phone or OAuth), and a clean contact search are non-negotiable.

Here’s how I picture the flow: first we agree on a lightweight wireframe, then you implement the front-end (React Native, Flutter or native—your call, as long as the experience feels identical on each platform). On the back end I’m open to Firebase, Supabase or a custom Node/Express stack if you prefer; the only must is end-to-end encryption or at least robust transport-level security.

Once the features are locked down, I’ll need you to guide the apps through TestFlight / internal testing, resolve any App Store and Play Store compliance feedback, create polished store listings (icon, screenshots, short promo video) and finally push the builds to production.
