"I am putting together the first island-wide Multiple Listing Service for Bonaire and need a complete web platform that makes life easy for three distinct groups—Brokers, Advertisers, and everyday Property Seekers. Every broker must be able to publish listings for free, while paid advertising slots (and an optional “Featured Broker” upgrade) will cover ongoing costs.

The system has to handle both residential and commercial inventory in one unified database. An intuitive search—filtered by price, location, and key property details—sits at the heart of the experience. Historical and Comparison sales data, however, must stay behind a broker login for professional use only.

During listing creation each broker will accept an Ethics Commitment & Pledge for Accurate Property Submission; the workflow should make that a mandatory checkbox before a listing goes live.

Deliverables
• Responsive front-end and back-end that supports the three user roles listed above
• Secure broker dashboard with free listing tools, historical-sales access, and the paid “Featured Broker” upgrade option
• Public property-search interface showing current listings plus comparison-sale information
• Advertiser management area for banner and sidebar placements
• Admin controls, basic analytics, and clear documentation for hand-off

Build in English with the ability to translate to Dutch and Spanish (if possible)

Please build with widely supported web technologies so future maintenance on the island is straightforward.
