"I built a small-scale WooCommerce site for about 20 internal users and roughly 50 products. Right now the first page load hovers around five seconds, and I’d like that cut down dramatically.

The focus is on the back-end: themes, plugins, and a few CSS snippets that may be stepping on each other. I’m looking for a deep dive into potential conflicts rather than a routine update sweep.
