"I'm looking to develop an app that provides club members with percentage-based discounts. The app needs to be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.

Key Features:
- Members should be able to access and utilize discounts at various retailers.
- Discounts should be primarily percentage-based.
- The app interface should be user-friendly and intuitive.

There are 4 basic levels of membership and two basic sides
The member and the retailer

The levels of membership will have access to different features and different reward schemes

Ability to upload videos and photos and share on social media

Ability to create simple word with background and icon images for retailers as well as animate them and add music

Ability to make transfers of certain tokens between retailers and members

Members sign into the retailer

A map of the retailers who are members

2 types of tokens. One purchased with money through direct debit and the other token a reward token. The first token will be paid out in cash dependent on what level membership they have. With a percentage

Ability for users to attach as workers of the retailers and managers to have authority over work accounts

A tiered reward system
Back end. Detailed reporting of transactions put into a list and daily email

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in mobile app development for both iOS and Android.
- Strong UI/UX design skills to ensure an engaging and easy-to-navigate user experience.
- Background in implementing discount systems within apps or similar functionalities.
