"I already have a full Spine export (.skel, .atlas, .png) for a playable character, but once the clips are brought into Unity the movement feels off. The foot positions drift and the overall weight of the character isn’t reading correctly. I need someone comfortable inside Spine 2D to open the files, diagnose what’s causing the character-movement issue, and polish the curves or bone constraints until everything looks natural at game speed.
While you’re in there, I’d also like a few fresh clips added to the same rig—think an improved idle-to-run transition and a short attack combo—so the final package includes both adjusted and brand-new animations. The work has to slot cleanly into a Unity project, so exporting settings, naming conventions, and folder structure all need to match Unity’s Spine runtime expectations.
Deliverables
• Updated .skel/.atlas/.png (or JSON) with corrected existing animations
• 2–3 additional animations built on the current rig
• A Unity-ready export plus a quick note or video walkthrough showing how you imported and tested the clips inside the engine
If you have experience integrating Spine in other engines like Cocos or Phaser that’s a bonus, but Unity is the target platform for this job.
