"I’m launching a new astrology brand and need the entire tech stack ready for revenue from day one. The build must centre on a secure PHP-Laravel backend, ship as a Progressive Web App that users can install on Android (Play-Store-ready) and iOS, and present a fast, SEO-optimised website.

Scope of Work
• Develop the website and PWA under one code-base with full mobile responsiveness.
• Core user features go live on day one: Chat, Voice and Video consultations, instant Kundali creation & matching, daily Panchang, and a rich blog / video content hub.
• Implement a three-mode login flow—email + password, social media OAuth, and phone-number OTP—so visitors can onboard with zero friction.
• Real-time payment processing through Razorpay, PayU or Cashfree (whichever you can certify as fully tested in production). Funds must route to multiple astrologer wallets while recording the platform’s commission split inside the admin panel.
• Build a powerful Super-Admin dashboard exposing live session analytics, revenue tracking, astrologer onboarding and content management.

Deliverables
1. IP Ownership, Source code for Laravel backend, Vue/React/Angular front-end (your preferred SPA framework), and fully-configured PWA manifest / service workers.
2. Play-Store-ready Android build plus installable iOS/desktop PWA.
3. Documentation: deployment steps, environment variables, database schema and an API reference for future mobile or partner integrations.
4. One testable astrologer account, one test user account and a demo payment flow proving money reaches each wallet.
