"I run promotional email campaigns and I want to understand exactly where each recipient is situated the moment they open one of my offers. The goal is strict marketing analysis: I need live geographic data—city-level at minimum, ideally down to coordinates—each time an email is opened so I can segment, localise copy, and optimise send times.

Here is what I’m after: when a subscriber opens an email, a tracking pixel (or any other compliant method you prefer) should instantly capture the user’s current location and push it into a dashboard or webhook I can feed into my CRM. Accuracy and real-time speed are critical; delayed or approximate “general” locations won’t be enough for the tests I’m running.

You may build a small standalone app, a script that plugs into my existing ESP, or offer an API-based solution—whatever is fastest to deploy and reliable across major email clients. As long as I can:
• embed the tracker in bulk promotional emails,
• see live location data with a timestamp per open, and
• export or sync that data automatically,

the solution meets my needs.
