"This project is for my own use, yet it has to feel as solid as any commercial solution. I want a clean, web-based plot booking management system that handles everything from checking availability through to payment tracking and final sale, with two clear workspaces: an admin dashboard for me and a separate panel for the associates who actually enter most bookings.

Core workflow
• Every plot carries a status flag (Available, Hold, Booked, Sold).
• Associates can place a plot on Hold or Booked, but nothing is final until I approve it from the admin side.
• Full booking history must be stored and viewable, so I can audit any change made to a plot.
• Basic payment tracking is required—date, amount, method, and balance—tied to each booking.

Access & security
All users (admin and associates) log in with authentication. Role-based permissions keep associates inside their own panel while I control master data and approvals.

What I expect to receive
• Responsive web application (framework/language of your choice, just keep it widely supported).
• Database schema covering plot details, users, bookings, payments, and status history.
• Source code in a version-controlled repository plus a brief setup guide.
• A short video or written walkthrough demonstrating the main flows: create plot, book via associate, admin approval, status change, payment entry, and history lookup.
