Build a simple and fast integration that connects a WhatsApp account to GoHighLevel (GHL) using a QR-based WhatsApp Web solution (such as Waziper or similar that is stabile and strong ), acting as a practical alternative to the official WhatsApp Business API.
The goal is to make GoHighLevel the single unified inbox, where all WhatsApp incoming and outgoing messages are fully synchronized and visible.

Key Objectives
• Connect WhatsApp via QR / Linked Devices (no official WhatsApp API)
• Sync all incoming and outgoing WhatsApp messages into GHL Conversations
• Maintain full message history continuity
• Support:
o 1-to-1 WhatsApp chats
o WhatsApp group conversations
• Fast implementation with minimal overhead

Scope of Work
1. WhatsApp Connection (QR-Based)
• Use an existing solution such as:
o Waziper
o Any WhatsApp Web / Multi-Device gateway
• WhatsApp is connected using QR Scan (Linked Devices)
2. Full Message Synchronization with GoHighLevel
Incoming Messages
• Every incoming WhatsApp message must:
o Create or update the related Contact in GHL
o Appear inside GHL Conversations as an inbound message
o Be linked to the correct contact and conversation thread
Outgoing Messages
• Any WhatsApp message sent via:
o The WhatsApp gateway (e.g., Waziper UI or automation)
o GHL workflows or manual replies
• Must appear inside the same GHL conversation as outbound messages
Result
• GHL acts as the central communication hub
• No split inboxes or duplicated conversations
• Complete message timeline (Inbound & Outbound)

o Group name
o Sender name / phone number
