"The project is a green-field, mobile-first marketplace that lets buyers and sellers connect, list items, and start trading from day one. I have mapped out an MVP that must be live in 6–8 weeks, and I’m offering a 15 % equity stake to the technical partner who can design and build it end-to-end while collaborating directly on every product decision.

Scope of work
The initial release focuses on two non-negotiable capabilities—solid user registration/on-boarding and polished product listings. On top of that, the roadmap already includes search & filter, in-app messaging, secure payments, and a lightweight admin panel, so the codebase needs to be ready for those modules even if we stage them behind feature flags.

Design & tech expectations
• A clean, intuitive UX/UI that feels native on both iOS and Android
• Responsive layouts for tablets and large-screen phones
• Scalable architecture (I’m flexible on stack; React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, or similar are all fine as long as maintainability is front-of-mind)
• Cloud-ready backend with room to grow: real-time messaging, push notifications, and analytics hooks
• Payment gateway open for discussion—PayPal, Stripe, or in-app purchases are on the table, and I’ll lean on your expertise to choose the most frictionless option for launch markets.

Deliverables for the MVP milestone
1. Fully functional mobile application (source code, build scripts, and CI/CD pipeline)
2. Figma or similar design files matching the implemented screens
3. API / backend repo with documented endpoints, test coverage, and deployment scripts
4. Admin web view (can be minimal) for user/product management
5. Post-launch support for bug fixes during the first month

Acceptance criteria
• New users create an account, verify email/phone, and sign in without errors.
• Sellers can add, edit, and archive listings; buyers can browse and view details.
• Core flows load in <1.5 s on a 4G connection.
• Code passes automated tests and lints, builds cleanly in CI, and deploys to TestFlight / Google Play internal track.
