"I’m ready to turn a simple idea—an everyday “budget agent” that lives on your phone—into a polished, dual-platform application. The goal is straightforward: give users an easy way to record expenses, see where their money goes, and receive gentle prompts that help them stay on track, all from a single code-base that ships seamlessly to both iOS and Android.

Because the core value comes from execution rather than sheer feature count, I’m looking for a developer (or small team) who can map out the end-to-end flow in a detailed project proposal. Show me how you’ll handle cross-platform UI, local and secure cloud data storage, and the small touches—notifications, simple charts or summaries—that turn numbers into insight. I’m flexible on tool choice; React Native, Flutter, Kotlin Multiplatform, even Swift + Kotlin side by side could work as long as the final result feels native on each platform and is easy for me to maintain.

Please centre your proposal on:
• Your architecture plan, including the SDK or framework you prefer
• Milestones from first prototype to App Store & Google Play submission

Deliverables at project hand-off will be:
