"I want to launch a feature-rich e-commerce platform that feels equally delightful on the web, iOS and Android. The core of the build is classic full-stack work—payment flows, catalog management, order tracking—yet I also need Natural Language Processing woven through the experience so shoppers can search, ask questions and receive recommendations in plain language.

A few guideposts on scope
• Front end: modern, component-based architecture that renders responsively in the browser and compiles cleanly to native apps (React, [login to view URL], Flutter or a comparable stack).
• Back end: scalable microservices or a well-structured monolith—whichever you can justify—exposed via REST or GraphQL.
• NLP layer: semantic search, conversational FAQ and an on-site assistant powered by an open-source LLM or an API such as OpenAI or Cohere, tuned to our product corpus.
• Security, payments and analytics wired in from day one, not tacked on later.
