"I have a live Django-based web application that has begun throwing runtime errors. The core features already work when the stack traces don’t get in the way, so the task is strictly about pinpointing the problematic sections, correcting them, and validating that the site runs smoothly again.

What I need you to do
• Pull the existing Python code and reproduce the crashes so we are fixing the real issue, not masking it.
• Trace the source of each runtime error, apply concise, well-commented fixes, and keep every existing route and model behaving exactly as they do now.
• Where a line of code can be tightened for readability or minor speed gains, please do so as long as functionality remains untouched.
• Hand the changes back with a short changelog explaining what was wrong, what you changed, and how you verified it in a fresh run of the Django test server.

Acceptance
I’ll consider the job complete once the application starts, all pages load without uncaught exceptions, and your notes make it clear how to reproduce the now-resolved issue.
