"I need a complete website built around an AI-driven recommendation engine. The core feature is to generate personalized user suggestions, and those suggestions must rely solely on each visitor’s on-site behavior—click paths, dwell times, purchase history, and any other behavioral signals we can legally track.

Here’s what I expect:
• A clean, modern front-end that can capture and stream user events in real time without slowing the page.
• A back-end model (you’re free to choose Python, Node, or another stack you’re comfortable with) that ingests those events, learns patterns on the fly, and outputs ranked suggestions.
• Seamless integration so the recommendations appear naturally inside the UI—think “Because you spent time on X, you might like Y.”
• An admin view where I can tweak model parameters and see basic analytics (CTR, engagement lift, etc.).
• Final hand-over of documented code, install scripts, and a short walkthrough video so I can maintain and retrain the system.
