"I need a true Gravity/ Formidable Forms specialist to build a retail-focused compliance checklist inside my existing WordPress site. The form will guide store teams through every merchandising requirement we have, step by step, so nothing is missed.

Here’s what I’m after:
• Form configured as a compliance checklist (not an inventory or task tracker).
9 Stores - 9 Departments - Note i have already set this up on excel so copy paste for criteria . I am currently using Go audit - so if i am able to get the same
Acceptance criteria:
• The checklist loads fast on desktop and mobile.
• All required fields must be completed for a successful submission.
• Entries display correctly inside the Gravity Forms dashboard and export smoothly to PDF
Must be able to access via mobile phone and must beable to take images
I will supply WordPress admin access plus our exact list of merchandising criteria; you configure, test, and hand back a fully functional, ready-to-use form.
