"I have a concept that needs to become a fully-functional desktop application for Windows. I’m looking for a developer who is comfortable planning the architecture, coding the core features, polishing the interface, and packaging the final installer so it runs smoothly on current Windows versions.

You’ll help me choose the best Windows-focused tech stack—C#/.NET, WPF, WinForms, or another modern framework—then work iteratively with me until the solution is stable and user-friendly. Expect to handle typical desktop concerns such as local data storage, error handling, and responsive UI behaviour.
