"I need a full-stack build for an appointment-booking product that works smoothly on both iOS and Android. The mobile app itself is customer-facing only, while a separate web-based admin panel will let me handle providers, slots and analytics behind the scenes.

Project must be done with in budget of $200 .

Core functions for the mobile side
• Phone-number sign-up and sign-in secured by OTP verification
• Automatic geo-location capture to suggest nearby branches and to time-stamp bookings
• Real-time status updates as a booking moves from pending to confirmed, in progress and completed
• Customers can both cancel and reschedule an existing appointment directly from the app, with push notifications reflecting each change

Core functions for the admin panel
• Dashboard to create, edit or disable service providers and their calendars
• Live view of all appointments with filters by date, provider or status
• Manual override options to confirm, cancel or reschedule on behalf of a customer
• Basic reporting (daily totals, no-shows, revenue)

Tech stack is open—Flutter, React Native or another proven cross-platform framework works for me as long as the final builds are App Store and Play Store ready. REST or GraphQL on the backend is fine; just keep the codebase clean and document the APIs clearly so future integrations stay painless.

Acceptance criteria
1. iOS TestFlight and Android internal test builds delivered for review
2. Admin panel hosted on my preferred cloud account with deployment instructions
3. Complete source code with a concise README covering environment setup, build scripts and API endpoints
4. Successful end-to-end walkthrough showing OTP flow, geo-location pick-up, real-time status change, plus cancel and reschedule actions reflected instantly on both sides
