"I have a set of records that must be entered directly into a MySQL database and, in parallel, I need a simple website created so those records can be viewed, queried, and updated through a clean interface.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind: I will supply the raw data (currently in spreadsheets and PDFs). You will design the MySQL schema if it isn’t already optimal, populate each table with the provided information, verify referential integrity, and hand back a database that is ready for production. Once the data sits safely in MySQL, you’ll put together a small, modern website—nothing overly flashy, just fast-loading pages built with standard HTML, CSS, and a lightweight framework such as Bootstrap or Tailwind. The front end should allow a user to browse, search, filter, and edit the entries. Basic authentication is enough; I only need admin and user roles for now.

I’ll review the populated database and site functionality on your staging server first. When everything looks good, we’ll migrate to my host. A concise hand-over document covering database credentials, file structure, and deployment steps will complete the job.
