"I need a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that automatically pulls live listings from [login to view URL] and turns them into meaningful market insights for anyone shopping for a car in Cyprus. After signing in, a user should be able to paste or select a specific listing and instantly see how that vehicle stacks up against comparable cars on the site.

The comparison engine must cover the criteria that matter locally: asking price, mileage, year of manufacture, colour, import date, and whether the seller is a dealer or a private owner. Results should be presented in clear tables and simple visuals so that a user can spot under- or over-priced offers at a glance.

Minimum deliverables
• Production-ready iOS & Android builds (single codebase preferred for maintainability)
• Secure user account and login flow
• Automated data-gathering module that fetches and refreshes [login to view URL] ads without violating their terms
• Analytics layer that filters and compares listings on the six criteria above and returns summary stats (average, median, best and worst outliers)
• Clean, documented source code plus a short hand-off guide on how to redeploy and update scraping rules

Acceptance criteria
• A test listing returns a comparison report in under 5 seconds on a typical 4G connection
• Filters for each criterion toggle accurately and persist between sessions
• No crashes on the latest two versions of iOS and Android
